With over thirteen years transfer pricing experience in the United States and Europe, David is the National Director of Transfer Pricing Services. David has conducted a wide variety of complex transfer pricing evaluation and planning projects for some of the world's largest multinational companies. In undertaking these assignments, he has actively worked in more than fifteen countries overseeing the implementation of 'best practice' transfer pricing structures across a wide range of industries. Additionally, he has assisted numerous multinational corporations with the development and negotiation of transfer pricing audit resolution strategies in the United States and Europe. David has also developed and implemented several tax optimized supply chain driven, cross-border planning structures in Europe.
In addition to working in the United States, David spent thirty months in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where he shared responsibility for setting up and developing the Dutch transfer pricing office in Amsterdam.
David has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Mathematics from Loyola University of Chicago and is a member of the European-American Tax Institute.
