Mark Gasbarra has more than 23 years experience serving the complex tax needs of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to forming U.S. Tax Advantage, LLC, Mark was a senior international tax partner and national practice leader at Price Waterhouse, LLP (1981-1996) and Ernst & Young, LLP (1996-2004). During his very successful tenure in the Big-Four, he developed tax strategies leading to hundreds of millions of dollars of tax refunds for many of the country’s most successful enterprises.
Mark concentrates on maximizing the tax benefits available from U.S. legislation specifically intended to stimulate U.S. Production, Research & Development, Capital Investment, and Global Competitiveness. His driving purpose is the realization of billions of dollars of government authorized tax savings for targeted U.S. businesses, and their owners. Unfortunately, many of the intended recipients lack access to the necessary knowledge and skills to capture the anticipated savings. Increased pressure on auditor independence has exacerbated this problem.
Mark’s vision for leading U.S. Tax Advantage, LLC is providing both publicly traded and privately owned businesses with the specialized skills and experience necessary for achieving one-hundred percent of the tax savings intended by Congress. The philosophy is simple - focus only on very select high impact underutilized tax provisions to create exceptional client value.
