Aileen specializes in international tax planning, operations, technology, and Sarbanes Oxley 404. She has been actively involved in the identification of key tax controls, global tax process reviews, tax control testing, and the remediation of SOX related issues. Aileen has also assisted a broad range of clients in implementing customized best practice initiatives in their tax operations, primarily through the integration of technology enabled solutions.
With over 16 years of tax experience, Aileen has worked with Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries. Immediately prior to joining U.S. Tax Advantage, LLC, Aileen ran a successful independent tax consulting practice. Nine of her 16 years of tax experience was in public accounting, initially with Price Waterhouse and then with Ernst & Young as a Principal in the International Tax Services group. She began her career in the corporate sector working with Hooper Holmes, Inc and then with Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
Aileen is recognized for her excellent client relationship management skills and for her ability to initiate value-added solutions to maximize client efficiency, effectiveness and return on investment. Aileen has a BS in Finance and an MBA in Management Accounting and International Business.
